Coordinated trading between multiple accounts
Sharing login credentials or account access
Specific rules include:
News trading is restricted unless the News Add-On is purchased.
Weekend trading is prohibited unless the relevant Add-On is active.
Instant Funding accounts are subject to risk management rules.
Daily drawdown (5%) and total drawdown (10%) limits must be respected at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Skilled Trader shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, data, or reputation, nor for service interruptions, software errors, or third-party failures.

In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
