1. Non-Refundable Payments
All fees paid to access any The Skilled Trader evaluation program are final and non-refundable. By purchasing access to any challenge, you acknowledge that you are paying solely for entry into a simulated trading environment for educational and evaluation purposes. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. No Guarantee of Live Capital
Purchasing an evaluation or challenge does not guarantee any live capital allocation. Any rewards, bonuses, or funding opportunities are promotional, discretionary, and contingent upon meeting performance and compliance requirements. They are not financial guarantees.
3. Billing Errors (Corrections Only)
If a payment processing error results in an unauthorized duplicate charge, we will correct the billing error to reflect the proper amount.
This correction is an administrative adjustment, not a discretionary refund, and does not modify this no-refund policy.
4. Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting The Skilled Trader may be treated as fraudulent activity and can result in account termination, disqualification from current or future programs, and the pursuit of collection and legal remedies. You agree to be responsible for any fees and costs we incur in connection with invalid chargebacks.
